Tai Chi Qigong combines gentle movements with mindfulness to improve balance, reduce stress, and increase mental clarity. These sessions focus on the connection between mind and body, helping you find a sense of calm and inner peace.
A fabulous class to help you improve your balance and co-ordination and maybe your confidence if you’re finding day to day tasks a little challenging.
Maybe your new to exercise and don’t know where to start, maybe you’re a returner who is looking for a an hour of moving meditation.
These classes are great for both mental and physical wellbeing and you can make it your class so in either seated or standing. PAYG or monthly payments
