Feel strong, energised, and unstoppable with the Wonder Woman Workout. This empowering session combines strength training with fun, dynamic movements to help you feel confident and capable.
All over body workout for fabulous midlife women. Class takes place in standing. We do interval based training to get your heart working with options to increase or decrease intensity so that you work at a level that’s right for you. The class also has resistance training using weights/band/tins of beans as it’s important to keep our muscles toned so that we can stay fabulous into midlife and beyond. Monthly or PAYG
