A gentle 6-week hypnotherapy programme to help you begin your weight reduction journey.

Notice I say reduction rather than loss. When we lose something, we usually want to find it again, and I’m guessing you don’t want those old, unwanted pounds creeping back into your life!

During your Slimnosis sessions, we’ll explore not only your relationship with food but also the habits that may have built up over time.

Together, we’ll look at your current eating patterns, and I’ll suggest simple, realistic tweaks that can make a real difference, without overwhelm or restriction.

Weight gain rarely happens overnight; it’s often the result of small habits that gradually build up. Slimnosis gives you the chance to pause, draw a line in the sand, and create a fresh start.

Each session lasts 60 minutes, and you’ll have small, practical steps to work on between sessions so you can begin putting change into action right away. Before our first session, you’ll complete a seven-day food diary so we can understand where you’re starting from.
