Stress isn’t just in your head—it impacts your hormones, your appetite, your sleep, and especially your waistline. You’ll learn simple ways to manage stress so it stops managing you.

💪 Strength
Midlife is when muscle matters most. We’ll ease you into strength training that suits your level—no gym needed. Think bands, bodyweight, and moving in ways that make you feel strong and capable.

🥗 Scran
AKA food—but without the fads. No calorie counting, no shame. You’ll explore what fuels your body best, with recipes and food inspiration that work in real life.
